Good morning, it is 12:08 am, and this is indeed my 6th day of blogging. Can't say that I haven't enjoyed it, can't say that I have either. Hope your day went well, mine sure did. I have a night business class with good old Ben Schible, and he is a riot. Plus the fact that today is our "Friday" in class sure helps.
I have a whole lot of reading to get done, and am planning on doing so really soon. I may even tackle a couple of chapters when I am done here. Ahh, who the hell am I kidding, I'm going to sleep. :)
Well, I now have a level 85 toon on World of Warcraft, not by my doing, nope I had a family member level it for me. I've been in the 80's since the expansion pack came out, and never really got to playing that much. I do expect to quit the game if Blizzard's prices don't drop though. I expect they might have to due to the competition. $15 bucks a month for a never ending game, it really starts to add up, especially when more that one person has an account in your household.
I see that I now at my 200 word quota. Have a great night folks, and hope all goes well for you.

Welcome Again
Well howdy folks, seeing that it's just after midnight, I thought I might just drop you a line. Busy day today. And, just barely finished a quiz on time, I looked at the clock and just made it. :) But, it was close. So, I am having an eye surgery this Friday, and I am trying to get all of my work done before hand. As, I might not be able to see for a day or so afterwards. LASIK vs. PRK. The LASIK is the newest version of the corrective eye surgery, and it costs more, but there is less risk of any complications. However the PRK is where they use a blade to cut a section of your lens off and it is about $1,000 cheaper, and there is a risk of hazing around your lens. Also, the LASIK cuts your lens only about 100 microns, where the PRK will cut your lens 160 microns. The less microns the better.
And, I am still reading up on this. I get to take steriods afterwards. WHOO HOO, Look out Arnold.
Well I asked if they could make me look like Riddick from the movie "the Chronicles of Riddick", and they just looked at me funny, as the workers in the vision center hadn't seen the movie.
Well, guys, it's been fun, and I do believe that this is my second to last blog for this project.
Take care everyone.

3rd day of posting
Here we are again, just after midnight. What are you doing up so late? Me? Oh, I got started taking apart netbooks to see if I could give them a little boost. So far so good. I am truly amazed by this generic Chinese Archos netbook. I just upped the RAM to 2 gigs which is it's max, and it has Windows xp with SP3 on it from the manufacturer. I am trying to get Windows 7 to take on it, as I already had a hard drive with Windows 7 to drop into it. My goal is to have a little USB tv tuner on my netbook, kind of like a TiVo. I really don't know why I even bother, I never have time to watch tv in the first place. :) But, it is fun. I decided no on the Alienware notebook. Price was just too high.
So I'm looking at buying a T.V. tuner like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180676527886&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT
around the $50.00 range with a remote already included. You get nickel and dimed when you have to buy things piece by piece - but that's not always the case though.
So, do you think I have two hundred words yet? I'll check right now. Yes, I do have them, have a great night folks, and I'll see you again tomorrow.

Crap
Would you believe that I was 40 words short on my quota, yes I did check it after I posted. Bummer. No sleepy for me yet.
So it's now 12:13am, and all's well, unless you live downtown, and then I guess all would be hell.
I did get to watch "the Source Code" the other night. Yup, I liked it. Don't really care to much for the Brokeback mountain actor guy though.
Well, that should cover the remainder of the 200 words.
Have a great night all

It's 12:05am
Yes indeedy, I'm at least getting this done today. Yes folks step right up, it's another installment of read this blog. Now, what to write about? Hmm, let's see, I need to come up with at least 200 words. What would you write about? Well seeing that I'm writing this at 12:05 am you're probably thinking that I'm some kind of insomniac. Well I'm not. I was acctually viewing some neat Alienware netbooks on eBay. Yup, been thinking of getting friendly with the green guys. What sells me on the particular one that I'm looking at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250829195844&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT is that it has a back lit keyboard. Now I have a backlit keyboard on my desktop computer, and let me tell you, it does make a difference. I also like the battery life on the one I just posted.
I don't like the price though.
:)
Well, I think my 200 word quota is quoted out.
Talk to you later Bloggies

NEW computer Joke
Hey guys and gals, hope you enjoy this computer joke:
Microsoft's ad slogan for Windows 95 was "Where do you want to go
today? "Now that Windows 98 is out, Microsoft have disclosed the
alternatives that were considered when Windows 95 was released :
1. Windows: The colorful clown suit for DOS.
2. Double your drive space: Delete Windows!
3. Windows and DOS: A turtle and its shell.
4. Microsoft gives you Windows - OS/2 gives you the whole house.
5. A computer without Windows is like a fish without a bicycle.
6. Bang on the left side of your computer to restart Windows.
7. Error #152 - Windows not found: (C)heer (P)arty (D)ance.
8. I still miss Windows, but my aim is getting better.
9. I'll never forget the first time I ran Windows, but I'm trying.
10. My lastest screen-saver: Curtains for Windows.
11. OS/2... Opens up Windows, shuts up Gates.
12. Out of disk space. Delete Windows? [Y]es [H]ell Yes!
13. Windows3.1: The best $89 solitaire game you can buy.
14. Windows NT: Insert wallet into Drive
A: and press any key to empty.
15. How do you want to crash today?"
Hope that everyone has a great day, and stay's out of the rain. We'll see you on tomorrow's blog.

My first Blog
Wow, this is my very first blog, and I have to make sure it's 200 words, or I won't get credit for this assignment. How am I ever going to manage to get two hundred words to blog about? I really don't know, but this is a great start.
You know what really sucks? Trying to type on a small netbook. Yup, that sucks really bad. I'm at starbucks right now, and the temptation to call the person sitting behind me an "A"hole is steadily increasing. It's not the fact that the person keeps bumping my chair - even though I've moved it twice now. It's not the fact that this person has already succeeded in leaving a magical trail of their beverage from the counter to their seat. It's not the fact that the entire coffee shop can hear their conversation. It's the fact that this person continues to interupt me in my blog, by asking the most ridiculus questions. For example, would you ask someone what they are drinking, and then look in the persons cup? Well this person sure did. But overall, I do find a positive thing about this person, they helped me complete my 200 word blog.
Thank you annoying person, and thank you fellow classmates, and thank you Jeff.
